Hi

I am having pain in both foots , because of plantar fascia showed in XRay. Mild thickening. Can you suggest me some treatment for this. Thanks

Hi l have like burning and pins and needles in my foot whch they are saying its nerve related crps hiw can l fix this pkease

Thankyou for your enquiry.

I would probably need to know a bit more about what caused this nerve pain to begin with before I could suggest what would help. If you just have nerve pain then it is likely that Bowen could help. However if you have had a significant injury to your foot and there is physical nerve damage Bowen Therapy won't be able to fix the nerve damage, however it may help with symptoms of pins and needles and burning pain. Also, sometimes nerves can be trapped further up the leg and in the hip that can also contribute to nerve pain that you describe further down in the foot (if there was no trauma to the foot).

I think it is certainly worth a try either way.
